Returns & Exchanges

At Anchors Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in original packaging. Please note that skated decks, assembled completes, and worn grip tape are ineligible for return due to safety and resale standards.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, unskated, and include all original tags and packaging before initiating the process.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
